"Fun day, but the prices are a lot"
We had a really nice day at Disneyland Paris, honestly. The rides were fun, the place still has that Disney magic, and the kids enjoyed themselves. So, you know, I’m totally calm about it… but the ticket prices are getting ridiculous. For a family, it adds up so fast, and that’s before you even think about food, drinks, or souvenirs. I get that it’s Disney and everything, but for just one day, it feels a bit much. Great experience overall, I just wish getting through the gate didn’t feel like such a major expense.

"Helpful accessibility info, just a little hard to find everything"
I booked through disneylandparis and felt relieved because the accessibility information was clear and easy to understand. I also had a question and support got back to me really quickly, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. My only small frustration was that a few of the forms weren’t as easy to find as I hoped, but overall it was a positive experience

"Pretty Handy, Even If Checkout Dragged"
I’ll admit, it was actually really easy to find tickets and the park info I needed. I wasn’t expecting much, but that part was smooth. The only thing that annoyed me was checkout—it felt a bit slow on my end. Still, overall, it got the job done

"Cancellation was easier than I expected"
I booked a trip through Disneyland Paris, but our plans changed and we ended up needing to cancel. I was expecting it to be one of those stressful travel-admin moments, but it turned out to be straightforward. The cancellation policy was easy to understand, and I could see exactly what refund I’d get before I confirmed anything, which made me feel more in control of the decision. The refund also came back faster than I thought it would. It reminded me how much difference clear processes make when plans don’t go the way you hoped. I’d book direct again because of that

"Rides Were Really Well Kept"

"Fun day but the food was just okay"
I had a really fun day overall but the food was average for what it cost. A few of the snacks were actually nice but the main meals felt kind of bland and not really worth the price

"Really fun parade, just get there early"
We mostly went for the parade, it was really nice. The dancers had so much energy, the floats looked great, and the music made it feel really fun. My kids were totally glued to it the whole time, which says a lot. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the good viewing spots fill up quickly, so you do need to get there early and wait a bit. Still, it was a lovely part of our day and I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re there

"Really clean and impressive"
I was really impressed with how clean everything was. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place in good shape. I’m happy to keep coming back, but if the cleanliness ever drops off, I’d probably start looking elsewhere.

By the time I started looking for dinner spots later in the afternoon, most of the restaurants were already booked up. I probably should’ve made reservations earlier in the day, but I didn’t realize things would fill up that quickly

"Good day out, but the prices ruined it a bit"
I had a nice day overall, but the food prices were way too high. We ended up paying a lot for basic burgers, drinks, and snacks, and none of it felt special enough to justify the cost. It kind of feels like once you’re inside, you’re stuck paying whatever they charge because there aren’t many other options. For me, that really took the shine off the visit, and I don’t think I’d be rushing back anytime soon.

"Kind staff, even when we felt stuck"
The place was busy, and at times I felt a little trapped with the kids and all the crowds. But every staff member we talked to was so friendly and patient. They helped us with directions, didn’t make us feel rushed, and even got my kids smiling when they were getting cranky. It made the whole day feel a lot easier than it could’ve been.

"Heads up: it’s pricey, but worth it"
Just a warning for anyone considering it: this is definitely not the cheap option. That said, I feel like it was worth every euro. I’d rather pay a bit more and actually be happy with what I got...

Queue times were fine, and almost everything seemed to be up and running while I was there. I also got my email receipt right after, which was nice and made the whole visit feel hassle-free...

"Crashes a Few Times Here and There"
It works okay most of the time, but it crashes every once in a while, maybe a couple times a week for me. Not the end of the world, but it gets annoying when it happens in the middle of doing something

"Lovely magic, but a bit crowded"
I’ve been to a few magical-themed events before, and this one definitely had a really nice vibe. The atmosphere was charming and fun, but the crowds made it tiring after a while. I still enjoyed it, just wish it had been a little less packed.

"Fun Day, Just a Little Chaotic in Spots"
Overall, I had a nice day at the park. Like, it was fun and I’m totally not still thinking about how packed some areas got. The crowds were especially intense around the parades and ride exits, and it wasn’t always obvious where we were supposed to go. Staff were around, but the directions could’ve been clearer. I still enjoyed myself, just would’ve loved if the busier areas were managed a bit more smoothly.
